I'm Emma. I'm almost 27. I'm married to the boy I met when I was 14, while waiting for my mom to pick me up from my first day of high school. OH & I'm in the processing of losing FAT. I don't believe in working out for a hundred hours just to have a "guilt" free meal. For the last few years, I've restricted myself and "banned" off certain foods only to lose and gain the weight over and over again. Not any more. I have a whole new approach to this "life style" I'm creating for myself. For the most part, I'm following a lower carb (100-120g per day), having pasta/pizza on Friday nights, and sushi once a week. I've seen SO many people succeed. I've looked at their before and afters and thought; wow one day. That one day is today.
